ENSR Asia (HK) Ltd (formely Maunsell Environmental Management Consultants Ltd) is an integral part of both Maunsell AECOM and ENSR, AECOM’s global environmental management company with more than 2,000 professional technical staff.

We are originally formed in Hong Kong was formed in 1998 from the merging of two leading environmental consulting firms, CES (Asia) Limited and ENPAC Limited, combining the experience and strength of these two companies.

We are the largest environmental consultancy in Hong Kong with multi-disciplinary staff and 25 years of experience, offering clients with high quality cost-effective 'one-stop' services across a full range of environmental disciplines. Over the past 10 years, Maunsell has completed over 1000 Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) and Environmental Monitoring & Audit (EM&A) projects in Hong Kong and the Asian region.

We have established a reputation for high technical ability of its staff and their willingness to work closely with Clients and to focus on the real issues, developing cost-effective and practical solutions to overcome problems.
