Our services cover planning, feasibility study, design and contract documentation, statutory submissions and construction supervision.

In structural engineering, we have extensive experience in optimising frame layouts, minimising wind loads and designing complex transfer plate structures for tall buildings, and in designing deep basement using traditional or top down construction method. Our experience in designing long span beams and transfer structure has allowed the design of large column-free space.

In mechanical and electrical engineering and building services, we possess specialist skills in fire engineering, acoustic and noise control, energy efficient design, dynamic thermal modelling & analysis, computational fluid dynamics in air quality and heat design and provide complete design solutions for air, heat & cooling ducting, lighting, electrical, lift and information technology for intelligent buildings.
